Our robust process enables us to recruit committed and competent staff whom we invest in their training so they will be able to deliver the quality of care and support services to service users. Service users are encouraged to participate at all levels in their service delivery. Relatives, carers, professionals and commissioners are also involved directly at all levels, final decisions are made with the service user’s views, choices and preferences being considered in the service delivery. The most important aspects we cherish are: our leadership, commitment and accountability. By its very nature, our role as a service provider is leadership. This also requires an unwavering commitment and a strong sense of accountability to our stakeholders, staff and most importantly to our service users.
